Conditions for renting an ATV at Jelstrup ATV rental

Reservation and payment

• Reservations can only be made after contacting us via phone, email or the contact form atwww.jelstrupatvudlejning.dk
• RThe reservation is only valid when you receive a confirmation via SMS.
  Changes to the reservation must be agreed upon as soon as possible after booking, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill any new wish.
• In case of cancellation later than 4 days before the rental time, a fee of DKK 500 will be charged. .
• Payment can be made in cash on delivery, or via Mobilepay.

Prices

• The current price appears in the price list on the Price page and includes the following
  • Instruction
  • Helmets
  • delivered with fuel (consumption beyond this is the responsibility of the tenant to pay)
  • Cleaning

Pickup

• Always arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time. Here we will go through the machine with you.
• A review contains thorough instructions on operating the machine and what you need to pay attention to.
• We also review the machine for faults and defects together with the customer. Errors and deficiencies list is presented.

Return

• Return later than 15 minutes after the end of the rental period, invoiced with DKK 500. Per started hour.
• Upon return, the machine is inspected for faults and defects. The tenant is liable for damages and defects that occur during the rental period. Comprehensive insurance has been taken out on our machines, the lessee is responsible for the deductible of DKK 5,000. Per damage, or the damage price.

Driving

• All driving is the responsibility of the hirer , Jelstrup ATV rental cannot be held responsible for the hirer’s use of the machines.
• The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) registered at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
• All registered drivers must present a valid driver’s license for min. Category B, on collection.
• All applicable traffic rules must be observed.
• hildren over 5 years. Must be transported in the back seat. Children under the age of 5 may not be included on the machine.
• It is strictly forbidden to drive on private areas / fields, as well as in protected dunes along the coast
• Driving in water and streams is permitted, however, to a maximum depth of 35 cm, or until the water reaches the ATV’s footrests.
• Driving in salt water is prohibited.
• It is NOT permitted to cross national borders with the rented equipment, this must remain in Denmark
• ALL Driving is the responsibility of the hirer.
• Show consideration and respect your surroundings.

Reckless driving is strictly prohibited

• (e.g. driving in circles) If the vehicle is damaged due to this, an amount between DKK 5,000-25,000 will be charged. + insurance deductible + VAT.

Damage or machine stoppage

• In the event of any damage or machine breakdown, contact the lessor immediately on tel. 24 41 15 50 to agree on the next course of action. We cannot guarantee replacement machines, but will jointly find a solution.

Monitoring

• Our machines can be equipped with a GPS tracker for reasons of theft, as well as clarification of any violations of the agreement.

Breach of agreement and rules

• All breaches of agreements, rules and legislation are fully at the tenant’s expense.
• DKK 200 is invoiced for fines. For handling the fine
• If the equipment is confiscated, the lessee is fully liable for the lessor’s losses, including new purchases of machinery and loss of turnover.

Ownership

• Nordea Finance Equipment (NFE) is the owner of the equipment and rights according to the lease agreement have been transferred to NFE. Obligations (including for service, insurance and the like) are not transferred. The rental agreement runs for X months (max. 12 months)

Dispute / disagreements

• Any dispute that may arise from this agreement will be settled by the Court in Hjørring as the place of jurisdiction.
